How do I create an account?

From the Account section, click the link “Create an Account” which directs you to the Create an Account form. Simply enter the required information into the fields and click “Create.” You will then be sent an email requiring you to verify your email address.

By signing in to your account, you can change your account information, change your password, save multiple addresses, and view your current and past orders.

In what currency is the website?

All order-related fees such as shipping rates and refund deductions are expressed in Canadian currency.

Can I purchase Saffron Noire jewellery in my local currency?

Saffron Noire offers customers the ability to check out in multiple currencies including but not limited to Canadian dollars, US dollars, Australian dollars, Great British Pounds, and Euros.

All product prices are originally quoted in Canadian dollars.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Saffron Noire accepts payments through American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, JCB, Google Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Your credit card information is encrypted through SSL technology when it is transmitted to Saffron Noire and is stored in a secure environment.

How do I access my invoice?

Your Saffron Noire invoice will be attached to the confirmation email that you receive after your order has been shipped.

How will my order be packaged?

All Saffron Noire orders arrive in our signature black jewellery box and include a jewellery pouch, complimentary polishing cloth, and a personal love note written on luxurious stationery.

What should I do if I made an error when placing my order?

If you wish to make an adjustment to your order (such as a different shipping address or different finish) we would be happy to help as long as your order has not been shipped.  Please email so we can make those changes for you as soon as possible.

Do you provide international shipping?

Will I have to pay import duties and taxes?

All international orders are delivered DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), which means you will not have to pay any additional fees after paying for your order. You will see your shipping and customs fees reflected as a combined cost at checkout.

Is Saffron Noire jewellery water resistant?

Saffron Noire jewellery is made with superior quality metals, lustrous pearls, and precious diamonds.

All of Saffron Noire's gold-filled styles are water resistant but are not designed to be worn during strenuous activities or exposed to perfumes or cosmetics.

While our solid gold jewellery is highly durable, we suggest removing these pieces while engaging in activities such as showering or swimming to preserve their brilliant condition.

Do you offer extended warranties?

We offer a one-time complimentary warranty service on all of our pieces within one year of purchase. After one year, we are happy to offer repair services at a customized cost except for the replacement of pearls and gemstones.

Is Saffron Noire jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

All of Saffron Noire's gold-filled styles involve a very thick layer of gold that is melted on top of high quality jeweller's brass, which makes them suitable for individuals with sensitive skin conditions. Unlike gold-plated jewellery, gold-filled jewellery will not turn your skin green or cause uncomfortable skin reactions.

Is gold-filled jewellery the same as gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil jewellery is made through an electroplating prcoess wherein a thin layer of gold is dipped or painted on to a sterling silver base. While its thickness can vary, it is not water resistant.

Saffron Noire's gold-filled jewellery is crafted through using pressure and heat wherein a very thick layer of gold is melted onto high quality jeweller's brass. Due to this intensive manufacturing process, gold-filled jewellery is water resistant and therefore more durable and expensive than gold vermeil, regardless of the thickness of gold on a gold vermeil piece.
