Refund policy

We want you to be absolutely enamoured with your jewellery, and it is our goal to provide you with a beautiful experience. However, should you wish for a return or exchange, we offer a seamless return process.

To request a pre-paid shipping label, please contact orders@saffronnoire.com. Returned or exchanged items must be unworn and in their original packaging. A return postage fee of $20.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your original method of payment.

You must return your items no later than 7 days after receiving your pre-paid shipping label. Should Saffron Noire incur any duties or taxes on returned parcels, the amount will either be deducted from your refund or the parcel will be rejected. Once your items have been inspected and approved for a refund, we will credit back your original method of payment.

Items illegible for return or exchange include earrings, special orders including bespoke pieces, and any items purchased during gift promotions or sample sales.
