Information

All orders ship directly from Vancouver, Canada through secure express delivery. As we exclusively use express couriers for delivery, you should receive your jewellery very shortly after it has been created.

All Saffron Noire pieces are handcrafted individually and have a production time of up to 10 business days, but most commonly ship within 2-5 business days. If we anticipate that your jewellery will take longer than 10 business days to be completed, we will send you an email with more information.

Should you require your jewellery by a specific date, please email orders@saffronnoire.com so we can best accommodate your request.

Delivery Fees

CANADA

Saffron Noire offers complimentary express delivery on all Canadian orders through FedEx or Canada Xpresspost with no minimum purchase requirement.

Shipping through FedEx Priority Overnight is available for a $25.00 CAD charge.

All applicable local or provincial taxes will be included at checkout with no additional charges upon delivery.

UNITED STATES

All US orders ship through DHL Express and are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Orders with a product total over $250.00 USD receive complimentary express shipping with no additional charges upon delivery.

Orders with a product total under $250.00 USD will incur a $10.00 USD delivery charge with no further charges upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders ship through DHL Express and are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).*

Saffron Noire offers complimentary international delivery for all orders with a product total over $300.00 CAD.

All orders below $300.00 CAD will incur a $20.00 CAD delivery charge.

*As a gift for our international customers, Saffron Noire takes responsibility for any duty and import fees associated with your order, so you will not be charged any additional costs upon delivery.

Delivery Inquiries

Do you offer delivery to my country?

Saffron Noire offers delivery to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. If DHL Express does not deliver to your country, please email orders@saffronnoire.com so an alternative method of delivery can be arranged.

Please note that we currently do not offer delivery to Russia or Belarus.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Saffron Noire offers delivery to Canadian PO boxes through Canada XPress Post only.

How can I track my order?

Once your jewellery has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned to your order. You will then be sent an email containing the tracking number and a link to follow your package's delivery. If you need further assistance locating your package throughout its time in transit, please email orders@saffronnoire.com so we can best assist.

Am I able to change the delivery address after I place my order?

If you would like to make any changes to your shipping information, please email orders@saffronnoire.com so we can make the appropriate adjustments. Please note that once your package has shipped, we are unable to change your shipping address.

Do your packages ship with signature on delivery?

All fine jewellery orders or orders over $500 ship with signature upon delivery.
